How does it work?

You can buy individual products or a surprise clothing subscription the choice is yours. Cocobabybox products are ideal for gift giving or just topping up on essentials. 

If you decide on a clothing subscription, these are curated as a surprise giving you one less thing to worry about each month. These discounted packages are great gifting options and also provide a discount per cocobabybox package.

How does your recycling initiative work?
You know the problem: Your little human is not even 4 months old and has already outgrown 2 rounds of clothing sizes.

Tiny clothes are expensive and on average a baby grows 8 clothes sizes before their 2nd birthday. This means that, on average, parents will buy almost 300 pieces of clothing over a couple of years. Clothes that are only used a few times before they become too small. offers an alternative solution to recycle their outgrown products.

Once you have received the organic baby clothing products, you have up-to 60 days to return them, and once you decide to do so, please contact us here and quote your order reference number to be emailed further instructions along with mailing information. 

Once we have received your returned cocobabybox items, you will receive cash back. This cashback changes from time to time, but as a standard is set at 15%. Please note, this cashback is based on the price you originally paid for the products and if the original charge underwent a currency conversion, the refunded amount may be slightly reduced depending on the current currency rate.

Currently our recycling initiative is only available on our clothing collections. 

Will I receive recycled items? 

No, the items you will receive are all brand new. 

How much does it cost?

We offer lots of different pricing options, whether you would like a specific item or a cocobabybox. 

Do you offer other products?

We also have a small collection of our coco home  collections. Our home collections are created with the simple ideals of being eco-friendly. 

Whether this is with certified organic cotton, eco-friendly bamboo, or recycled/recyclable materials.


With the subscription, what type of items will you send me?
Every box is unique but all contain 3-4 items of GOTS certified organic clothing. We put a lot of thought and care not only into the look of each piece we carry, but also how it’s made and the lives it touches along the way.

With the subscription, how often can I expect to receive items?
You can request a box any time—whether it’s for a special occasion or to restock everyday faves.

Specific cocobabyboxes and single items are usually sent within 2-3 working days depending on how you would like it to be sent.

Subscription boxes are delivered by 1st of every other month.

How does your sizing work?
We currently carry sizes newborn through to 3 years. We use standard UK children’s sizing. If you are concerned that your child is a little bigger or smaller when signing up to one of our subscriptions, just enter the size you would like to receive when signing up or you can always contact us directly here

Can I request specific pieces?
Yes, with our cocobabyboxes and single items, you have the option to select the design you would like.

With our subscription options, we want to keep your products a surprise and take the stress out of day-to-day basic shopping for you and your little ones. We think it's more fun this way - and you get to be surprised with more items you love!

Can I use 2 discount codes at once?

Sorry, but no. You can only use one discount code at one time. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

I have entered a competition, how will I know if I have won?
We will contact you if you have won one of our competitions. We will then ask permission to publish your details on our Instagram page.

Can I send a gift box to someone?

Absolutely! Cocobabybox products make the perfect gift.

Do you offer gift cards? 

Of course. cocobabybox gift cards are perfect for when you're shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them. 


With the subscription boxes, can I choose when my subscription starts?
After you have completed your order, just simply contact us here with the date you would like to start your subscription and we will amend your details. If ordering before 2pm GMT, please make sure to contact us on the same day.

If ordering after 2pm GMT, you have until 2pm GMT the following day to contact us. 

What payment methods can I use to pay? accepts most major credit and debit cards; VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX, and Solo. We also accept Paypal.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

When will I be charged?
Whether you choose to pay by credit or debit card, we only take payment when your items have been dispatched. Only items that are available are charged.

All payments on are made in Pounds Sterling. If you use a card in a currency other than Sterling, the rate of exchange and any additional fees will be set by your card issuer.

Prices quoted are based on UK delivery. For non-UK deliveries, local tax will apply and the price may be adjusted at checkout.

What happens if I cancel my order?
If you haven’t submitted an order, you can clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in your shopping basket.

If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can, as orders move rapidly through to our warehouse. We will try our best to make any changes, but we cannot make any guarantees, as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures. You will find more information about this in our Terms & Conditions
Once we've heard from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 14 days of the date of return, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods to unless the return is a result of an error on our side or a part of our recycle return option which includes free postage.

If you are in the European Union and you cancel your whole order within 14 days of receiving your goods, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the 14 days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have three months to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).
